ITINERARY
This highly culturally rich journey comprehends all the most outstanding natural and architectonical places that Peru has to offer you. Lima, Cusco, Machupicchu, Valle Sagrado and jungle.
Day 1: Lima At your arrival in Lima a representative from our personnel will welcome you and will take you to your hotel. Hotel registration.
Day 2: Lima (B) After having breakfast you`ll take our bus towards the viceroyal and contemporary Lima, visiting lavishly built constructions such as the cathedral, the Palacio de Gobierno (Government Palace) and the San Francisco church with its impressing catacombs. Returning to your hotel. Accommodation
Day 3: Lima / Cuzco (B) Early in the morning, transfer to the airport heading for the imperial Cusco. At your arrival in Cuzco our staff will welcome you and take you to your hotel where you'll enjoy a cup of coca infusion appropriate for the acclimatizing. In the afternoon, personnel from our agency will take you by bus for a City Tour which includes the most impressing architectural blending of western and inca style such as the cathedral, the Company of Jesus church and the Korikancha (Temple of the Sun). Going farther towards the surroundings of the city you'll visit stricktly inca structures such as the Sacsayhuaman fortress, Tambomachay, Qenqo and Puca Pucara. Returning to your hotel. Accommodation.
Day 4: Cuzco / Machu Picchu. (B- L) Early in the morning coming our staff to pick you up to and take you to the train Station heading to Machu Picchu. You'll take the tourist bus up until the fabulous citadel of Machu Picchu. Once in this wonderful citadel you'll be knowledgably informed by an experienced guide from our staff. Then you will have "happy hour time", to explore by yourself the whole site for about 4 hours and there is time as well to climb Huayna Picchu mountain and get the best view over Machu Picchu it takes 1:40 minutes round trip time, or option to go to the temple of the moon which is located behind Huayna Picchu Mountain. Then you'll go back to Machu Picchu town (Aguas Calientes). Overnight at your hotel.
Day 5: Machu Picchu / Cuzco (B-L) Alter having breakfast you'll enjoy from this town. You'll enjoy a delicious and typical lunch at a local restaurant recommended by us. In the afternoon you'll aboard the returning train to Cuzco Upon your arrival at the train station a person from our staff will take you to your hotel. Accommodation
Day 6: Cuzco / Sacred Valley of the Incas / Cuzco (B-L-D) After having breakfast our personnel will welcome you and transfer you by bus into the beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas heading for the little and picturesque Pisac village. Upon the arrival you'll enjoy from a typical and delicious lunch. Later we'll get along towards the enchanting Ollantaytambo village, the oldest inca dwelt town. Returning to your hotel in Cusco. Day 7: Free Day or (B-D) WALKING TOUR CUSCO CITY, Half day. We pick you up from your hotel .This tour is perfect to walk in Cusco for 03 hours, along ancient streets ,visiting t he most places such as the main square and the cathedral was built over the inca palace of Suntur Wasi,its constructions took almost one century .then we visit Qorikancha ,the the temple of the sun which was the most important temple for the inca culture. Wel will continue to visit the most important museums, we also visit the church oF San Blas with its fabulously carved pulpit. End of the Service, Included: A bilingual guide, Snack and Tourist Ticket. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 8: Cuzco / Tambopata / Posada Amazonas (B-L-D) Transport to the airport heading for Puerto Maldonado. Two hours trip towards the Posada Amazonas along the Tambopata River where lies a very prestigious eco-lodge. In the afternoon, embarking on an adventurous botanical tour. Our guide will lead you on the off beaten track letting you know the customary and even the shaman medicine. The excursion concludes climbing to an observation tower.Lodging
Day 9: Posada Amazonas (B-L-D) Along your staying we'll get at the macaws licking hoards of motley colours. You'll climb towards the Chambadi mountain and later you'll dail by the river plenty of exotic animals. Before lunching, we'll make up a meditation group trying to experience an spiritual growth for getting ready to look for the mystique ceiba tree under whose leaves you'll feel a transcendental self-knowledge.
Day 10: Puerto Maldonado / Lima / ..... Transport to the airport heading back for Lima.
