Huchuyqosqo is located from a half day walking from Cusco, so it is very close to Cusco, it makes us thing that they had a parallel cultural development. Wiracocha, the eighth inca, was the one who choose Huchuyqosqo as its place to live. He ordered to build palaces, temples because he felt old and tired. He whished he leaved the government, to quit the work in Cusco and search for some peace and tranquillity in other place so he left Cusco.
